Can I try a hearing aid before I buy it?
Yes. I offer trial fittings, so you can test and compare different options before making your decision.
Which hearing aid brands do you work with?
I work with the leading manufacturers, including Phonak, Widex, Oticon, Signia, Starkey and Unitron, and I recommend on your hearing, not on a brand.
I already have hearing aids. Can you service them?
Yes. I provide servicing and repair for all hearing aid brands, so your device keeps working at its best.
Rechargeable or disposable batteries?
Both are available across a wide range of brands. Disposable batteries usually last 7 to 10 days, depending on the battery size and the model. Many brands now offer lithium-ion rechargeable hearing aids, with the battery built in, like a smartphone.
Can hearing aids connect to my phone?
Most modern hearing aids can. You can adjust volume and switch programs from an app, and many stream directly from Apple and Android phones. Some now include features like fall detection and heart rate and brain health tracking.
